  • Yes! We provide 24/7 emergency service, including for disaster relief, urgent events, and job site needs. When you call us, you’re getting in touch with an actual member of our team: not a call center located halfway around the world.

  • Yes, regular servicing is included. Extra cleanings are available for $35 per service, if requested.

  • Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a restocking or delivery fee.

  • As a standard rule of thumb, we suggest the following:

    • 1 toilet per 10 workers for a 40-hour workweek

    • 1 toilet per 50 guests for a 4-hour event

  • To get your rental scheduled, we’ll need the following:

    • Delivery Address

    • Company or Contact Information

    • Email Address

    • Number of Guests / Hours of Event

    • Type of Event or Job Site

  • We aim to deliver as fast as possible — same-day or next-day service is available in most cases! (Ask us about free delivery!)

  • We accept all major forms of payment:

    • Credit/Debit Cards (4% credit card fee applies)

    • Checks

    • ACH / Online Payment

  • Servicing frequency is based on customer preference and site needs. Standard service includes:

    • Pump-Out

    • Full Cleaning

    • Supply Replenishment

  • Most public events are required to provide at least one ADA-compliant unit for every 20 standard units. We're happy to help ensure compliance!

  • Most standard units are fully self-contained and require no water or power. Luxury trailers and flushable units may need access to water and electrical hookups. We’ll confirm details before delivery.

  • Absolutely! We offer bundled pricing for multi-service rentals like portable restrooms and dumpsters. Ask us about package deals!

  • For safety and sanitation reasons, we ask that units not be moved after delivery. If you need it relocated, give us a call and we’ll handle it.
